We have negotiated very competitive freight rates from the carriers that we use, the benefits of which are past onto our customers. We make no profit on the freight component of the invoice and if you are not happy with the freight cost you are free to choose the carrier of your choice. Freight charges are calculated on the cubic measurement, weight and destination of the order. WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT DAMAGED ITEMS. We sell giftware, so it is inevitable that some items will be damaged in transit. We are a wholesale company and not a retail company and goods will not be refundable once they have left our warehouse. Obviously if the goods are damaged or do not tie up with the description on our website or in our catalogue only then can returns be accepted if authorised by one of our representatives within 7 days of receipt of those goods.
