We have negotiated very competitive freight rates with our carriers, the benefits of which are passed onto our customers. Freight charges are calculated on the cubic measurement, weight and destination of the order.
Freight costs will be added to the total price of your order only after it has been packed. If you are however, not happy with our carrier or their costs, you are more than welcome to nominate the carrier of your choice.
All prices displayed on our website are wholesale prices and exclude GST and freight.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHIP THE GOODS TO YOU WITHOUT FIRST NOTIFYING OF THE FREIGHT COST. IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE COSTS PLEASE MAKE CONTACT WITH US BEFOREHAND TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUE
CLAIMS & RETURNS
WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT DAMAGED ITEMS? We sell giftware, so it is inevitable that some items will be damaged in transit. We are a wholesale company and not a retail company and goods will not be refundable once they have left our warehouse. We do not exchange or refund for incorrect choice. Obviously if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly described on our website or in our catalogue only then can returns be accepted if authorised by one of our representatives.
All claims must be made within 7 working days after the order has been received. All claims must be emailed to accounts@wantgiftware.com.au.
To expedite the process, please ensure that the following information is included:
- Stock code of item
- Quantity
- Nature of damage/fault/defects
- Images showing the damage/fault/defects to be attached
