CAN I VISIT YOUR SHOWROOM AND BUY CASH AND CARRY ?

We offer Cash and Carry Purchases. You can visit our showroom between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm, or after hours by appointment.

DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE GST?

All listed prices exclude GST and freight charges. When the order is processed and packed, these charges will be added to the total invoice amount.

Our showroom is situated at 7-13 Ardena Court, Bentleigh East, Victoria and is open Monday to Thursday 9a.m. to 5pm, and Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. Weekend or after hours visits can be arranged by appointment only.

ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE IN STOCK?

Not all products displayed on our website are in stock. If your order includes items that are not in stock, these items will be placed on back order for you. You may wish to contact our office for more information about stock arrival dates. Please remember that these dates should be used as estimates only as they are subject to change by circumstances beyond our control.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR FREIGHT COSTS ?

We have negotiated very competitive freight rates from the carriers that we use, the benefits of which are passed onto our customers. We make no profit on the freight component of the invoice and if you are not happy with the freight cost you are free to choose the carrier of your choice. Freight charges are calculated on the cubic measurement, weight and destination of the order.

HOW CAN I OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT WITH YOU ?

All new customers who wish to open an account with us, must complete and sign a Credit Application Form which must be returned to our office for processing. Your first order must be paid for upfront on a pro-forma basis.

WHAT ARE YOUR TRADING & DISCOUNT TERMS ?

Our trading terms are 30 days Nett from date of invoice. We allow a 3% discount for settlement within 7 days from date of Invoice. No orders will be supplied to overdue accounts until such time as the account is brought up to date.

WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT DAMAGED ITEMS ?

We sell giftware, so it is inevitable that some items will be damaged in transit. Returns will only be accepted if authorised by one of our representatives or ourselves within 7days of receipt of the goods.
